Focus on continuous improvement and strategy development INSURANCE TECHNICAL ASSISTANT We are seeking an \*Insurance Technical Assistant\* to join the team of a renowned insurance brokerage located in the center of Florianópolis/SC. \*Main Responsibilities:\* * Read and respond to emails. * Update and maintain customer registration information accurately and in an organized manner. * Address customer requests, such as issuing payment slips, contributing to reduced insurance cancellation rates. * Collect overdue installments, especially from public agencies, ensuring payment regularization. * Develop negotiation strategies and clarify customer inquiries. * Request documents from customers when necessary, such as no-claim certificates, cancellation letters, and updates to registration data. * Conduct collections based on delinquency reports by accessing insurer websites and the Quiver system, generating payment slips and sending them to customers via email and WhatsApp. * Actively participate in meetings, contributing suggestions for improving internal processes. * Collaborate with management in performance evaluations, pursuing continuous improvement. * Follow established operational procedures and conduct monthly process audits with teams to ensure operational quality and efficiency. \*Requirements:\* * Prior experience in issuance operations at insurance brokerages or insurers. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing clarity and professionalism. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Commercial Management or related fields is considered a plus. \*Compensation and Benefits:\* * Salary: R$ 2\.030,00 * Transportation Allowance or fuel reimbursement. * Meal Allowance: R$ 41.30 per day (Swile card). * Life insurance. * Residential insurance. * Unimed health plan with 50% coverage. * Metlife dental plan (optional). * Partnerships with SESC and educational institutions offering exclusive discounts. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
