Implement HR programs and preventive labor measures \*Job Title\* HR/Personnel Analyst \*Objective\* Support the team in administrative processes, personnel department activities, implementation of internal policies, development of preventive measures, and labor relations. \*Main Responsibilities\* \- Prepare and maintain employee records (payroll, time tracking, hiring/termination, and benefits) in compliance with regulations. \- Document organization, ensuring legal and contractual compliance. \- Develop and implement HR programs (benefits, workplace climate, etc.). \- Implement preventive labor measures. \*Requirements\* \- Degree in Human Resources or related fields. \- Knowledge of labor legislation (CLT). \- Experience implementing HR programs is a plus. \- Proficiency in MS Office.
