Opportunity for professionals with experience in this role We are seeking a professional to work in the **Human Resources Department**, focusing on labor-related routines, working hour control, and benefits management. **Responsibilities:** * Handle **hiring, vacation, termination, severance, and homologation processes**; * Perform **payroll calculation and verification** for submission to Accounting; * Administer **benefits** (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, etc.) and issue receipts; * Monitor and verify **tachographs, travel reports, and work schedules**; * Enter data into the **electronic time clock system** and prepare **daily reports** (travel expenses and per diems); * Manage **monthly and annual reports** (INSS, FGTS, CAGED, DIRF, RAIS); * Maintain **employee file and dossier organization and control**, covering both active and former employees; * Manage **electronic documents and traffic violation fines** related to the company fleet; * Control, distribute, and replenish **uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE)**; * Monitor and manage **occupational health certificates (ASOs), occupational medical exams, and periodic expiration dates**. **Requirements:** * Relevant educational background, * Prior experience in this role; * Knowledge of **payroll routines and labor legislation**; * Experience in the **transportation/logistics sector** is considered an advantage; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**; Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 \- 18:00 / Friday 08:00 \- 17:00 Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2\.800,00 \- R$3\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal vouchers * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * What is your educational background?
