Control and record financial transactions in management systems. **DESCRIPTION:** Carry out financial and administrative routines at the occupational medicine clinic, ensuring control and organization of financial transactions, with a focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections, thereby safeguarding financial health and operational efficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable routines; * Perform billing, collections, and bank reconciliation; * Control and record financial transactions in management systems and spreadsheets; * Support monthly financial closing; * Maintain organization of financial documents and reports; * Proactively and effectively communicate with team members and clients to ensure process efficiency. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Finance, or Accounting is preferred); * Experience: Prior experience in financial routines — accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and collections; * Technical skills: Proficiency in computer applications and financial software, especially advanced Excel and management systems; **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance; * Health benefit; * Transportation allowance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** MONDAY TO THURSDAY: 07:00 \- 12:00 \- 13:00 \- 17:00 FRIDAY: 07:00 \- 12:00 \- 13:00 \- 16:00
