Job Summary: A professional responsible for access control and security in company premises or residential/commercial condominiums, ensuring courteous service and monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Safeguard property security and compliance with regulations We are looking for a Doorman! **Your daily routine:** You will be responsible for ensuring access control and security at company premises and/or residential and/or commercial condominiums, providing courteous and professional service to internal and external visitors. You will monitor the movement of people, vehicles, and materials, ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures. **Your responsibilities:** * Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, suppliers, and other authorized individuals; * Register, identify, and direct visitors; * Verify documents, authorizations, invoices, and records related to the entry and exit of materials, equipment, and products; * Monitor surveillance cameras, security systems, and other electronic resources used for property security; * Record incidents, movements, and atypical situations, promptly reporting any irregularities to supervision; * Provide courteous, efficient, and professional public service; * Inform employees and visitors about internal policies, access rules, and company procedures; * Safeguard property security, facility organization, and compliance with internal policies; * Support preventive actions contributing to maintaining order, security, and environmental integrity. **What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Doorman, Access Controller, or in related fields; * Strong communication skills, courtesy, and professional demeanor; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment; * Availability to work on rotating shifts. **Preferred qualifications:** * Knowledge of access control and incident logging; * Experience in residential/commercial condominiums, corporations, industrial facilities, or large institutions; * Familiarity with access control systems and CCTV monitoring; * Training in front-desk operations, access control, public service, or property security; * Basic computer literacy for using registration and incident logging systems; * Ability to work effectively in teams and interact professionally with diverse groups of people
