




Job Summary: Responsible for controlling access of residents, visitors, and service providers to ensure security and order within the condominium, including logging entries and exits, receiving mail, answering phone calls, and surveillance. Key Highlights: 1. Condominium access control and security. 2. Friendly service and professional demeanor toward all audiences. 3. Monitoring of entry and exit, and receipt of mail. Responsible for controlling access of residents, visitors, and service providers to ensure security and order within the condominium. Performs duties at the front desk, including logging entries and exits, receiving mail, answering phone calls, and monitoring via cameras. Must maintain a professional demeanor, provide courteous service, and follow internal procedures established by management. Responsibilities: * Control access for residents, visitors, and service providers; * Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit; * Receive and forward mail and packages; * Complete reports and incident logs; * Provide friendly service and maintain a professional demeanor toward all audiences. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficiency with computerized systems * Prior experience as a doorman or access controller in remote/virtual front-desk operations; * Knowledge of surveillance is an advantage; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with front-desk systems (preferred); SCHEDULE: 12-hour shifts with 36-hour breaks WORK HOURS: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Transportation Voucher
