Your mission will be to dive deep into "Casa de Bolos"'s data universe and transform raw information into winning strategies. You’ll serve as the bridge between our analog heart and our digital brain, ensuring our essence remains preserved and amplified through technology. Your work will directly impact the success of our franchisees and the sustainable growth of the brand. **What you’ll deliver:** * Strategic analyses: You’ll decode Brazil’s palate by analyzing sales data across more than 130 cake flavors in 600 stores, guiding new product development and optimizing marketing campaigns. * Empowering franchisees: Your analyses will provide insights enabling our franchisees to optimize inventory, understand their local customers, and increase profitability — fulfilling our promise of a secure and profitable business. * Data infrastructure: You’ll build and maintain the engine of our intelligence, developing complex queries and ETL pipelines to consolidate data from multiple sources (POS, ERP, App, CRM) into our Data Warehouse. * Foundation for the future: You’ll operate on the front line — gathering requirements for strategic projects and helping build our next-generation technology infrastructure. **We’re looking for people who have:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines. **We’re looking for people who have:** * **Experience:** Proven experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or BI Analyst. * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in SQL for complex queries, stored procedures, and views. * Practical experience building dashboards in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase, etc.). * Familiarity with Python or R for analysis and automation. * Advanced Excel.
