We are looking for high-performance commercial consultants who are passionate about sales and motivated by the challenge of growth. **Responsibilities and Duties:** \- Lead generation, qualification, outreach, and closing sales with leads. **Your main responsibilities are:** \- Prospect new customers daily; \- Conduct meetings (in person or online) to present the product; \- Negotiate with customers while ensuring service quality and transparency of information; \- Manage the entire Sales Funnel process; \- Monitor and record daily work output, focusing on established goals. **Requirements and Qualifications:** You stand out if you: \- Have enthusiasm, charisma, and strong motivation to achieve goals; \- Enjoy challenges and are willing to constantly surpass yourself, pursuing the best results for both yourself and the company; \- Use assertive communication, maintain a proactive attitude, and demonstrate flexibility and resilience when handling various situations that will be part of your routine as a commercial consultant. **Requirements:** \- Completed high school; \- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; \- Sales experience; \- On-site work; \- Availability for external work. **Additional Information:** \- Employment regime: CLT; \- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM; \- Full-time; \- Market-competitive salary (Base = $1\.800,00 + Variable = No cap/No ceiling \- Progressive commission on sales); \- Transportation allowance; \- Meal voucher; \- Study grant (after probation period).
