If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and growing within a solid, recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct in-person, telephone, WhatsApp, and social media interactions; * Present the school's courses, pricing, differentiators, and commercial terms; * Lead the sales process consultatively—understanding customers' needs and offering personalized solutions; * Monitor the sales funnel and conduct consistent follow-ups with leads; * Support scheduling management for trial classes and school visits; * Participate in external promotional events and activities (fairs, school visits, leafleting, etc.); * Record all contacts and updates in the CRM system; * Create social media content (videos) **Requirements and qualifications** * Prior experience in consultative sales (preferably in free courses, schools, or franchises); * Proficiency in multi-channel customer service (telephone, WhatsApp, in-person); * Basic knowledge of CRM and sales funnels; * Availability for a 44-hour weekly schedule, including Saturdays; * Interest in goals, variable compensation, and public interaction; * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Pedagogy, or related fields in education or linguistics (completed or in progress) is desirable. **Additional information** Meal allowance Transportation allowance Tuition assistance Training and development Bonus for achieving targets **About CNA Idiomas** CNA Idiomas is an English and Spanish language teaching network with over 50 years of market presence and part of the CNA\+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units nationwide.
