**Position: Commercial Assistant (B2B / SDR)** We are looking for a communicative, proactive, and creative individual to join our sales team. We seek a dynamic professional focused on results, with experience in B2B sales and commercial prospecting (SDR), who enjoys interacting with people and identifying business opportunities. **Responsibilities** * Conduct active outbound prospecting of new clients; * Qualify leads and identify commercial opportunities; * Schedule meetings for the sales team; * Follow up with potential clients; * Maintain and update the CRM; * Support sales strategies and prospecting campaigns; * Build relationships with leads and partners; * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate opportunities. **Requirements** * Prior experience in commercial roles, SDR, or B2B sales; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset; * Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills; * CRM tool knowledge is a plus; * Creativity in commercial outreach and opportunity generation. **We are looking for someone who:** * Is energetic and eager to grow; * Can work autonomously; * Possesses a commercial mindset and focuses on results.
