Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Surface preparation (sanding, application of filler and primer) * Partial and full vehicle painting * Application of paint, clear coat, and finishing * Polishing, touch\-ups, and final finishing * Color tone and shade matching * Workplace organization and equipment maintenance **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as an automotive painter * Knowledge of surface preparation, painting, and finishing * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) required * Completed elementary or high school education * Meticulousness, attention to detail, and commitment to quality standards Advantages: * Experience at dealerships * Training courses in auto bodywork/paint technology * Knowledge of spray booths **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
