Social media customer support WORK WITH THE BEST Position: Lead Generator - SDR Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: Base salary + Bonus (average bonus between R$2,500.00 and R$3,000.00) + Meal Allowance R$500.00 + Transportation Allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM — Part-time position **Main Responsibilities:** - Initial outreach and lead qualification. - Customer prospecting via phone/WhatsApp. - Appointment scheduling. - Customer support via social media. - Weekly performance report analysis. **Requirements:** - Proficiency with WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. - Strong communication skills and empathy (ability to put oneself in the customer's shoes). - Motivation for goals and challenges.
