**Job Description:** ---------------------- Achieve goals and performance indicators under your responsibility; Assist in equipment removal from customers; Perform work at heights using appropriate PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); Perform electrical installations; Install, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive network components, as well as all types of equipment in FTTX networks; Install and maintain data centers; Repair and construct fiber optic networks; Support the installation and maintenance of CEO, CTO, and DIO; Remove deactivated cables from the network; Maintain fiber optic networks, perform trenching, tree pruning, and structural adaptation; Assist in fiber optic cable fusion and network infrastructure tasks; Support cable preparation for splicing execution; Assist in fiber, cable, and optical box alignment; Respond to fiber optic cable breaks; Perform customer activation and maintenance; Participate in on-call scheduling, respond to alerts, and carry out necessary activities to ensure network operation; Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment; Operate company vehicles with care; Be responsible for moving materials, active or passive assets, and for registering and inventorying them at deployment sites; Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within your area; Maintain conduct in accordance with Compliance regulations, Code of Ethics, and other company policies; Travel when required; Serve internal and external customers; Perform other duties relevant to the area as needed. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education.
