**Job Description** **The Comprehensive Health Care Program** began its activities in 2001 in the municipality of São Paulo and has since expanded to other municipalities and states. Since its inception, the **PAIS** has sought, in partnership with public management, to expand and consolidate health services provided to SUS users. The Program aims to ensure improvements in population health indicators and quality of life, guided—among other principles—by comprehensiveness and equity, with a strategic vision of health service management defined through a process of continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise and monitor civil construction services performed by contracted contractors; Issue photographic technical progress reports on construction and service activities; Guide service providers regarding the execution of construction and service activities; Monitor the basic construction, service, and building maintenance schedule; Conduct surveys of completed services for measurement purposes; And other duties pertinent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction; * Active registration with the respective professional council; * Minimum six (6) months of experience as a Building Technician; **Additional Information** * Position located in Diadema. * Business hours.
