We are looking for a **Senior BI Analyst (Business Intelligence)** to join our team. **Job Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and strategic indicators using Power BI. Create and maintain analytical models to support business areas. Perform data processing, integration, and transformation from diverse sources. Develop SQL queries and procedures for information extraction and analysis. Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability used in analytical processes. Support business areas in generating insights and enabling data-driven decision making. Participate in the evolution of the organization’s analytical architecture and BI processes. * Solid experience in **Power BI**, including dashboard, management report, and business indicator development. * Advanced knowledge of **DAX** for creating metrics, calculations, and analytical indicators. * Strong expertise in **SQL**, including complex query development, scripting, database modeling, and optimization. * Experience with **DB2 Database**. Practical experience in **ETL** processes, data integration, transformation, and processing. * Experience in **Analytical Data Modeling**, involving dimensional model structuring and preparation of data for corporate analytics. * Experience handling and analyzing large volumes of data. * Experience in **Business Intelligence (BI)** projects and generating insights to support decision making. * Knowledge of building and monitoring **KPIs, performance indicators, and management analyses**. Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions and executive dashboards. Desirable Requirements * Experience with **IBM DataStage** and/or **Apache NiFi**. * Knowledge of data architecture and governance. Practical experience with Data Warehouse and Data Marts. * Experience in modernization or integration projects of analytical environments.
