**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating 6x1 shift \- 2:40 PM to 11:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Customer service at the bakery counter * Slicing, packaging, and weighing bread and related products * Restocking merchandise on display cases and shelves * Assisting with baking and monitoring bread baking time to ensure product quality. * Monitoring product expiration dates and quality * Organizing and cleaning the department * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations **Requirements:** * Completion of elementary education (preferred) * Prior experience in a bakery or customer-facing role (advantageous) * Strong communication skills and courteous customer service attitude * Agility, organizational skills, and responsibility * Flexibility in working hours (including weekends and holidays, if required) **Benefits:** Internal benefits, disclosed during the interview, On-site meal, Transportation allowance
