Toyota Ramires is seeking a proactive and organized professional to join the team as a Vehicle Preparer. This role is essential to ensure that our vehicles are ready and in perfect condition for sale and delivery to customers. Responsibilities: Oversee the execution of necessary adjustments on used vehicles, preparing\-them for sale; Record expenses and schedule payments to external suppliers involved in the process; Receive brand-new vehicles; Inspect received vehicles for possible damages and, if found, specify them on the delivery receipt to initiate an insurance claim; Verify, dispatch, and monitor sold vehicles for license plate registration; Conduct daily checklists on test\-drive vehicles and follow up on any required repairs; Monitor showroom vehicles and arrange adjustments when necessary. Requirements: Completed high school education (technical training or coursework in the automotive field is desirable); Prior experience in this role or in similar activities; Basic knowledge of administrative routines and expense control; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Valid driver's license (Category B).
