Job Summary: Support professional for customer service, focusing on Tax and/or Accounting routines to provide accurate support. Key Highlights: 1. Support in customer service and support operations. 2. Clear communication with customers and internal collaboration. 3. Knowledge of Tax and/or Accounting routines is valued. We seek a professional to work in the Support area, with knowledge of Tax and/or Accounting routines as a differentiator to better understand customer needs and deliver more accurate service. The role’s focus is on customer service and support—not on performing tasks specific to Tax or Accounting departments. The professional will be responsible for supporting service and support operations, including logging, tracking, and routing tickets, ensuring agile, organized, and high-quality service. They will also contribute to meeting deadlines (SLA), maintain clear and efficient communication with customers, and collaborate with internal departments to support issue resolution. Requirements: **Job Requirements** * Experience with accounting office routines. * Knowledge of Tax and/or Accounting department routines. * Experience in customer service or support (in-person, telephone, or online). * Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk or similar). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic/intermediate level), especially Excel. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in Portuguese. * Proficiency in using digital tools and systems. * Technical or higher education (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Administration, Process Management, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Human Resources Department. * Experience managing tickets and customer service metrics. * Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Runrun.it. * Knowledge of or interest in Generative Artificial Intelligence tools applied to customer service. * Organized, proactive, collaborative, analytical profile with a focus on customer experience.
