Update area controls and reports (e.g., service order consumption), collecting data and generating management information. Record area invoices in the system, managing verification and approval workflows. Open and monitor service orders received from the condominium. Monitor SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance for service order responses. Verify customer (condominium resident) satisfaction with completed services after closing service orders. Organize and archive area documents and contracts, maintaining control and traceability. Support daily administrative routines, such as scheduling meetings and managing office supplies. **Requirements:** High school diploma; Proficiency in Microsoft Office. ERP knowledge is desirable; Prior experience in administrative routines, document control, and customer/public service is preferred. **Additional information:** CLT employment contract; Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM; 100% on-site; Work location: Green Valley Office Park Condominium.
