




* Support administrative routines of the department, such as document control, report and spreadsheet preparation; * Perform data entry and verification in internal systems; * Assist with accounts payable and receivable control, issuance of purchase requisitions; * Organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to information; * Answer phone calls and provide support to other departments; * Collaborate with procurement, HR, and finance processes when necessary; * Contribute to effective communication and internal organization of the company.
