The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with legal and tax obligations for the organizations we serve. Job Details: · Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) · Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities: · Issuing fiscal invoices and importing them via the Domínio system. · Verifying the recording of fiscal ledgers. · Calculating direct and indirect taxes (federal, state, ST, and municipal). · Withholding taxes. · Issuing GNRE, DARF, and DARE payment slips. · Calculating and issuing the Differential Tax Rate document. · Issuing the DARF for rental income withheld at source. · Filing ancillary obligations, such as GIA, SPED ICMS/IPI, SPED Contributions (PIS/COFINS), DCTF, DESTDA, and REINF. · Performing all tax routines specific to each business sector. Requirements: · Ability to perform each of the activities listed above. · Organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to manage deadlines and priorities. · Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation and tax calculation methodologies. · Easy access to the Jardim Miriam neighborhood (São Paulo\-SP). Desirable: · Experience with the Domínio system. · Minimum of 1 year of experience in the tax field.
