Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **As an AI Architecture Professional, you will:** * Lead the development, fine-tuning, and validation of generative AI models for the project—including domain-specific LLMs and task-specific models. * Supervise curation, preparation, and governance of public and proprietary datasets used for model training. * Design, implement, and evolve LLM-based multiagent systems—defining functional scope, agent specialization, communication, and cooperation among agents. * Develop multimodal generative AI solutions integrating textual data, structured data, and time series related to project execution. * Conceptualize, implement, and optimize RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) pipelines—including vectorization strategies, embeddings, indexing, and knowledge retrieval. * Apply supervised, unsupervised, semi\-supervised, and human-feedback reinforcement learning (RLHF) techniques for continuous improvement of model quality. * Define, monitor, and analyze model performance metrics—including coherence, accuracy, robustness, context retention, and hallucination reduction. * Mitigate technological risks associated with generative AI usage—as outlined in the project—including data limitations, memory constraints, and fine\-tuning impacts. * Collaborate closely with data engineering, software engineering, product, UX, and governance teams to ensure correct model integration into the platform. * Track state-of-the-art developments in generative AI and evaluate relevant techniques for the project’s technological evolution. * Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge dissemination, and support for prototype validation in operational environments—ensuring project progression across technological maturity levels. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields. * Experience in AI projects for industrial applications. * Solid experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative Artificial Intelligence. * Practical experience in developing, fine-tuning, and evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs). * Knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, semi\-supervised, and reinforcement learning. * Conceptual and practical understanding of LLM-based multiagent systems. * Experience with RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation) techniques, vectorization, and embedding usage. * Knowledge of integrating textual data, structured data, and time series. * Ability to define and monitor model performance metrics—including hallucination reduction and semantic consistency. * Experience in AI solution architecture and integration with enterprise platforms and systems. * Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language for both technical and non-technical audiences. * **Advanced English for technical reading, communication, and presentations.** **Benefits:** * Nationwide medical assistance (for employee and dependents, including private room) * Nationwide dental assistance (for employee and dependents) * Meal allowance / flexible food benefit * Remote work allowance * Birthday day off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended maternity leave (6 months) and paternity leave (20 days) * Daycare allowance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support through Wellz * Benefits club offering discounts with various partners * Partnerships with educational institutions and language courses * Professional development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well\-Being Program * Consulting physician for Radix employees * Incentive plans **Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For because:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals. * Team spirit is our greatest strength.
