




Job Summary: The iCities is seeking a proactive and committed Administrative Intern to support various administrative routines and departments such as Finance, HR, and Operations. Provide direct support to the Finance, HR, and Operations departments. Organize documents (physical and digital) and assist in mapping internal processes. Support basic financial control and internal and external management routines. Assist with internal unit service and support. **Requirements:** Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, or Business Process Management. Proactivity Basic Microsoft Office proficiency **Working Hours:** 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday) **Benefits:** CAJU Card (Meal/Voucher Allowance).
