Work Mode: In-person Responsibilities: * Receive and direct patients and professionals, maintaining orderly premises. * Guide clients regarding our services and clinic operations. * Manage room schedules and provide support to professionals. * Complete health insurance forms and manage documents and correspondence. * Draft and review documents, monitor emails, and maintain internal control spreadsheets.
