We are looking for a professional with strong oral and written communication skills, who is proactive, committed, organized, and adept at handling administrative routines and public interaction. **Main Responsibilities** Proactive and reactive collections via telephone, e-mail, and mail (primary responsibility); In-person and online customer service; Preparation, issuance, control, and submission of spreadsheets and reports; Issuance and tracking of payment agreements and invoices; Execution of other administrative tasks related to the department; Departmental management support. **Requirements** Completed high school education; Administrative work experience, preferably in collections and/or legal departments; Proficiency in Office suite applications (Excel, Word) and PDF tools; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience in collection agencies, law firms, or condominium management companies; Proficiency in customer service and negotiation.
