We are seeking a **Junior Java Developer** to join a strategic digital transformation project at one of the largest companies in the Telecom sector. This person will be part of a team responsible for developing a new payment platform, supporting various payment methods such as Pix, boleto, and credit cards. We seek someone eager to learn, grow technically, and work collaboratively in an environment that embraces software engineering best practices and Artificial Intelligence to accelerate development and improve delivery quality. ### **Responsibilities** Develop and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. Participate in building APIs and integrations with corporate systems. Contribute to delivering high-quality code, following software development and testing best practices. Support solution evolution alongside the development team. Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate on continuous process improvement. Use Artificial Intelligence tools to increase productivity and quality throughout the development lifecycle. ### **Requirements for this challenge** Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot development. Knowledge of RESTful APIs. Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL. Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis. Understanding of software development best practices. Interest in working in an agile and collaborative environment. ### **Nice-to-have** Knowledge of component and contract test automation. Knowledge of Next.js or React. Familiarity with Kubernetes. Knowledge of authentication and authorization using OAuth2 and JWT. Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging. Knowledge of Ruby.
