Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** The **Apprentice Youth** is a trainee professional who combines theoretical and practical learning to develop essential skills for their professional journey. * **Administrative support**: document organization, digitization, archiving, and spreadsheet management. * **Assistance and support**: helping employees, customers, and suppliers in person, via phone, or e\-mail. * **Support to company departments**: participation in HR, finance, sales, or other departmental routines, depending on business needs. * **Learning and development**: participation in theoretical and practical training provided by the company or partner institutions. * **Adherence to deadlines and processes**: performing tasks according to company guidelines and standards, respecting schedules and commitments. * **Teamwork**: collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to develop interpersonal and organizational skills. **Requirements and Qualifications** Since the Apprentice Youth program targets individuals beginning their careers, prior experience is not required; however, certain experiences and skills may be advantageous, such as: **Basic computer literacy** (Microsoft Office suite, e\-mails, videoconferencing tools). **Strong communication skills** and eagerness to learn. **Organizational skills and proactivity** in daily activities. **Interest in the field of work** (e.g., for HR roles, enjoying interaction with people). **Experience in academic or extracurricular activities** (team projects, academic fairs, social initiatives, sports, etc.). **Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in teams**. **Additional Information** The purpose of this program is precisely to provide first professional experience and develop competencies enabling young professionals to grow within the company or the broader job market!
