Here, you will interact daily with companies from all over Brazil—understanding their needs, presenting solutions, and building strategic business relationships. More than just making calls, we seek professionals with strong commercial energy, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented focus. **Your main responsibilities:** * Contact existing and potential customers; * Identify business opportunities; * Present our services and solutions; * Conduct negotiations and manage commercial processes; * Enter information into the system and monitor performance indicators; * Work toward sales targets and commercial performance goals. **What we’re looking for:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Good typing speed; * Excellent verbal communication skills; * Proactive, persuasive, and organized personality; * Ability to build relationships easily; * Willingness to learn, grow, and advance professionally; * Prior sales experience is a plus. **What we offer:** * Fixed salary: R$ 1.724,00; * Meal allowance: R$ 643.50; * Performance-based variable compensation; * Membership at Clube Tangará; * Gympass; * Monday to Friday, from 08:18 to 16:40; * Fresh coffee every day; * Rest area for employees; * Growth-oriented environment with real professional development and advancement opportunities. **Employment type and work location:** CLT – On-site *Avenida Palmeira Imperial, No. 225 – Bosque dos Buritis Neighborhood – Uberlândia/MG.* **Our selection process** We are growing rapidly and looking for people who want to grow alongside us.
