Job Summary: An internal sales professional responsible for prospecting and managing a customer portfolio, providing customer service and support, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities and Duties * Conduct internal sales via telephone and email; * Prospect new customers and manage the existing customer portfolio; * Provide customer service and support; * Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate, and close contracts; * Keep the sales system updated. Requirements and Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year’s prior experience in sales and customer service; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and teamwork spirit; * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills; * CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge preferred; * Knowledge of paper and coverings is considered a plus.
