If you want to join a purpose-driven company with strong values and room to grow, **come be Caedu!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will your activities be?** **Restocking and Organization:** Ensure products are always available and properly displayed on aisles, counters, walls, floors, and shelves, restocking as needed or per leadership instructions. **Sales Area Maintenance:** Keep the sales area consistently organized, verifying that products are correctly processed (hangers, security tags, labels, and pricing) and making adjustments when necessary—such as relabeling, reissuing labels, and quantity verification. **Visual Merchandising:** Support implementation of VM concepts, contributing to window displays, wall arrangements, and floor compositions, following the manual and leadership guidance to ensure attractive and strategic product presentation. **Promotion and Offering of Financial Products:** Approach and guide customers regarding the **Caedu Card** and other **financial products and services**, presenting benefits and encouraging adoption—all while focusing on customer experience and satisfaction. **Customer Service:** Greet customers warmly, attentively, and promptly; assist them in selecting products; and provide clear information about merchandise and available services. **Focus on Satisfaction:** Act with empathy and proactivity, always seeking to resolve questions and support leadership in addressing situations—ensuring an excellent shopping experience and strengthening customer relationships. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You definitely need to have:** * Completed high school. * Experience in sales and general customer service. * Basic Microsoft Office skills. **Additional Information** **What do we offer?** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Transportation Allowance Profit-Sharing Plan (PLR) (per internal policy) Birthday Day Off Discounts on Caedu products Educational Partnerships SESC Membership Pharmacy Partnership Gympass Telemedicine Better Motherhood Program – Support throughout the most special period in our mothers’ lives.
