




Job Summary: A Speech-Language Pathology professional responsible for assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for human communication disorders, developing and implementing therapeutic plans, and working in an integrated manner. Integrated and interdisciplinary practice **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conduct assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for human communication disorders, including speech, oral and written language, voice, hearing, swallowing, and orofacial functions; * Plan, develop, and implement individualized therapeutic plans according to each patient’s needs; * Provide individual and/or group speech-language pathology services; * Monitor and document patient progress in medical records and institutional systems; * Advise patients, family members, and caregivers regarding therapeutic interventions and stimulation strategies; * Develop and participate in health promotion and disease prevention activities; * Collaborate integratively and interdisciplinarily with professionals from health and education fields; * Prepare technical opinions, reports, and speech-language pathology assessments; * Participate in technical meetings, trainings, workshops, and other institutional activities; * Comply with the institution’s ethical, technical, and administrative regulations. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed undergraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology; * Active registration with the Regional Council of Speech-Language Pathology (CREFONO). **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** * **Work Location:** CRAEI-RV * **Address:** Av.
