Over nearly six decades, we have become one of Brazil’s largest organizations providing free care to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with multiple disabilities, especially those in situations of social vulnerability or abandonment, as well as patients from Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS). Recognized as one of Brazil’s Best NGOs, we stand out for transparency, regulatory compliance, and certification by Great Place to Work (GPTW), which recognizes us as one of the best workplaces in Paraná and among the top 15 institutions in the third sector nationwide. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** · Conduct daily speech-language pathology services for beneficiaries of the organization and document case progress appropriately in the electronic medical records system (PEP/Tasy). · Assess swallowing capacity to determine appropriate food consistency. · Perform and apply speech-language pathology exercises. · Conduct relaxation exercises and massages for muscle groups. · Maintain hearing aids used by beneficiaries. · Provide guidance to other care professionals to ensure continuity of therapeutic interventions. · Participate, alongside the medical, nursing, and nutrition teams, in evaluating the need for feeding tube placement for beneficiaries. · Conduct initial and follow-up assessments of beneficiaries’ therapeutic plans by monitoring their progress in areas related to speech-language pathology, making necessary adjustments. · Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise relevant to speech-language pathology to improve beneficiary care and treatment. · Collaborate with the technical team to evaluate requests for admission of new beneficiaries. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. * Active and valid registration with the Regional Council of Speech-Language Pathology (CREFONO). * Specialization in dysphagia and/or speech and language disorders is desirable. **WORK SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6 hours per day. * Salary: R$4,193.00. * Multi-Benefits Card: R$555.00. * Transportation Allowance or free parking if commuting by car. * On-site meals. * Educational incentive program. * WellHub (Gympass). * Birthday Day Off. * This position is also open to Persons with Disabilities — Pequeno Cotolengo do Paraná is an equal-opportunity employer.
