In partnership with the Souza Aguiar Hospital Complex — the largest emergency hospital in Latin America — we are redefining healthcare service standards. **What We Seek?** * Essential Skills and Qualities: * Physical stamina: The role requires constant physical effort, including lifting and transporting heavy materials, excavation, and working under varying conditions. * Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized construction site — as well as tools and materials — is critical for safety and work efficiency. * Ability to follow instructions: Laborers work under the supervision of masons, foremen, and other professionals; accurately following directions is essential. * Teamwork: Collaboration with other team members is vital for smooth project progress. * Responsibility and proactivity: Performing assigned tasks seriously, and when possible, anticipating needs and assisting in other activities. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Material Preparation: Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials — such as bricks, cement, sand, stones, etc. — to designated locations on-site. * Surface Preparation Assistance: Assisting in preparing work surfaces, including cleaning, scraping, leveling, and demolition when necessary. * Task Execution Support: Assisting masons and other construction professionals by providing tools, materials, and support during activities such as masonry, floor tiling, and cladding, among others. * Order and Safety Maintenance: Ensuring the construction site remains organized and clean, guaranteeing safe storage of materials and proper disposal of waste. Additionally, strictly adhering to established safety regulations and using provided personal protective equipment (PPE). * Equipment Operation Support: Assisting in the assembly, disassembly, and operation of simple equipment — such as scaffolding, ladders, concrete mixers, etc. — following instructions from site supervisors. * Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining clear and effective communication with coworkers and supervisors, reporting issues, suggestions, or needs related to performed tasks. **Work Location:** Souza Aguiar Hospital Complex.
