Senior Process Analyst with Focus on Data

We are seeking an analytical, organized, and results-oriented professional to work in the process area with a focus on data, supporting the development of indicators, strategic analyses, and operational performance monitoring. The candidate will be responsible for transforming data into relevant information to support decision-making, as well as contributing to continuous improvement of company processes. **Responsibilities and duties** * Create, monitor, and analyze performance indicators (KPIs and SLAs); * Develop managerial dashboards and reports in Power BI; * Monitor operational and strategic performance; * Extract, process, consolidate, and analyze databases; * Prepare analyses to support decision-making; * Extract data via ERP; * Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation; * Ensure quality, reliability, and timeliness of managerial information; * Support operational areas and leadership with analyses and indicators. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields; * Prior experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence (BI), indicators, performance, and data-focused processes; * Advanced Excel, Power BI, data processing and analysis, and ERP-based information extraction skills; * Knowledge of SQL; * Experience with automations; * Experience in continuous improvement and process management; * Familiarity with BI tools and database systems. **Additional information** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Health Insurance (no co-payment); * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * Variable Compensation Program; * Private Pension Plan; * Daycare Assistance; * Partnership with TotalPass; * Shuttle service from Butantã and Pinheiros stations to the company.
