And best of all: we achieve this with practical formats, innovative textures, and skincare benefits for all skin types. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the structuring, creation, and recycling of Ollie’s Quality Management System. * Developing process specifications with interface coordination between R&D and Quality Assurance teams. * Assessing risks associated with internal manufacturing activities and third-party operations—with emphasis on formula quality and/or customer perception of the product. * Evaluating technical feasibility between formulas and manufacturing equipment, and assessing packaging impact on the formula. * Monitoring and validating initial internal and third-party manufacturing batches. * Monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing product shelf life—continuously improving manufacturing processes. * Managing and organizing reports tracking initial production runs and related action plans. * Conducting follow-up activities (FUPs) for ongoing projects requiring support from the Process/Quality area. * Developing procedures related to Process Engineering and Industrial Hygiene activities, including their respective validations.
