Senior PCPM Analyst

**Company/Work Location:** Jandira \- SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours **Responsibilities:** ➡️Responsible for Supply Planning, Production Planning, and Materials Planning, in accordance with the process defined globally by the company; ➡️Responsible for Inventory Control, in compliance with global and local policies, including stock aging analysis; ➡️Develop Production Planning to meet requirements defined during forecast review, considering production capacity and aiming for optimal OEE project results; ➡️Plan procurement of resale items to ensure deliveries, as well as raw materials for production use; ➡️Responsible for the MAF process and for reviewing master data, ensuring correct MRP parameterization; ➡️Lead monthly meetings with Sales and Operations teams to coordinate monthly activities; ➡️Manage sales orders with appropriate availability, respecting correct delivery timelines. Requirements: ✅Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related industries; Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; ✅Fluent Portuguese and fluent English, required for local and global interactions; ✅Knowledge of IBP, SAP, APO, and Microsoft Office. **Additional Points** ✅Spanish proficiency is considered a plus, given LATAM-scope responsibilities; ✅Excellent communication skills are required due to interface with all Brazilian plants and international company units; ✅Organized and results-oriented profile, aligned with individual goals and performance expectations.
