Senior Infrastructure Analyst

**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour and 12 minutes lunch break) **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Operate and maintain network infrastructure, servers, workstations, storage, identity management, backups, monitoring, and telephony; * Administer on\-premises and cloud environments, managing provisioning, capacity, availability, performance, and consulting; * Execute operational security through antivirus solutions, patches, vulnerability management, and initial incident response; * Manage access controls, user accounts (creation, modification, revocation, review), and software licenses (inventory and compliance); * Provide end-user support for access issues, equipment, connectivity, e\-mail, and handling of service outages; * Act as custodian of general IT controls, focusing on change management, evidence retention, segregation of duties, and third-party oversight.
