For printers and/or multifunction devices, provide technical support for low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color equipment. For desktops and notebooks of low-to-medium complexity, perform diagnostics using manufacturer-provided tools. * Perform installation, preventive maintenance, testing, and maintenance on energized or commercial electrical components, or navigation systems, operating onboard vessel electrical systems to ensure proper system functionality; * Participate in field data collection for technical feasibility studies related to implementing improvements; * Carry out other duties pertinent to the role. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed Technical Education in Electronics, IT, or related fields; OR currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. Hardware: For MPS, training on low- and medium-volume black-and-white and color equipment lines. For SaaS, training on HP Notebook and Desktop tracks included in the Company’s product lineup and deployed in the assigned environment.
