Job Summary: Opportunity for a Commercial Refrigeration Specialist to diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide support, and collaborate with engineering teams. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with development teams to improve products We currently have the following opportunity available: **\*Commercial Refrigeration Specialist (Technical Support)\*** \*Main Responsibilities:\* * Diagnose and resolve technical issues in Eletrofrio products, ensuring quality and proper operation of refrigeration systems. * Provide technical support to customers and external technicians, ensuring satisfaction and operational continuity. * Collaborate with development and engineering teams to enhance products based on field technical feedback. \*Requirements:\* * Technical qualification in Refrigeration. * Minimum 5 years of practical experience in commercial refrigeration systems (familiarity with Eletrofrio systems is a plus). * Currently pursuing or holding an Engineering degree is considered a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills for interaction with customers, technicians, and internal teams. * Ability to work autonomously in diagnostics and problem-solving. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Willingness to reside in Curitiba. * Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating schedule. \*Working Hours:\* Mon–Fri: 10:18 AM–7:00 PM; Sat: 7:00 AM–12:30 PM / 1:30 PM–7:00 PM (rotating schedule as assigned) \*Benefits:\* * On-site meal allowance; * Transportation voucher; * Dental plan (Dental Uni) starting in the 3rd month; * Health insurance (Paraná Clínicas) starting in the 4th month; * Food voucher of R$ 442.00 starting in the 6th month; * Annual profit-sharing bonus (PLR) per agreement with the union. \_\*If interested, please send your updated resume and salary expectations.\*\_ Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
