Join our Network too! \#vemprarede **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze personnel requisitions for all open positions from client departments, verifying job profiles, responsibilities, titles, and compensation; * Source resumes/candidates and publish job openings through internal channels; * Recruit and select candidates for operational roles according to the procedures defined in the selection process; * Forward onboarding processes for candidates approved in selection; * Manage the inclusion program for people with disabilities; * Perform other related and inherent duties; * Stay current in the field, continuously seeking best practices.
