We are looking for a Receptionist / Commercial Assistant to join the Bazzi Clinic team in Curitiba, PR. This role involves greeting clients, presenting and selling our services, managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing, and maintaining post\-sale relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting follow\-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes. This is a full\-time position. Qualifications Reception, Sales, and Negotiation: Experience in commercial techniques, negotiation, and deal closing is essential for success in this role. Communication and Relationship Building: Strong, clear, and effective communication skills are required to interact with clients and internal teams, as well as to build and maintain long\-term relationships. Organization and Proactivity: Ability to manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously, while proactively seeking solutions and sales opportunities. * Preferred: Knowledge of CRM tools. * Advantage: Experience in medical offices or the healthcare sector.
