Do you want to be part of this story and turn ideas and dreams into reality? **As a Junior GIS Systems Analyst (ArcGIS), you will:** * Support the ArcGIS Enterprise environment, ensuring service availability, stability, and operational continuity for GIS services; * Provide technical support to users of ArcGIS platforms, assisting with operational requests, clarifying doubts, and handling matters related to application usage; * Provide technical support for Oracle databases, assisting with SQL query analysis and resolution, procedures, triggers, and jobs; * Diagnose, analyze, and resolve incidents and problems related to the GIS environment—including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Field Maps, ArcGIS Survey123, and related web applications; * Perform routine support, administration, and assistance tasks for the ArcGIS platform; * Conduct proactive monitoring of the environment using ArcGIS Monitor, ArcGIS Server Manager, and other platform monitoring tools; * Analyze GIS service performance, availability, and usage to help identify and mitigate issues; * Monitor execution of operational routines, integrations, and scheduled processes related to the GIS environment; * Collaborate with infrastructure, database, development, business, and vendor teams to support incident resolution and ensure service continuity; * Support corrective and preventive maintenance activities for the GIS platform. **For this position, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Cartography, Surveying, Environmental, Civil, Forestry, Agricultural), Geography, or related fields; * Knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Pro; * Knowledge of relational databases and SQL; * Knowledge of GIS service administration and publishing; * Analytical, proactive, and problem-solving orientation; * Strong communication skills for interacting with users, technical teams, and vendors. **It’s a plus if you have:** * Experience with ArcGIS Field Maps, Survey123, Experience Builder, and Dashboards; * ArcGIS platform certifications or training; * Knowledge of Oracle databases; * Knowledge of Python for GIS process automation; * Experience with Task Scheduler and automation of scheduled routines; * Experience analyzing logs, ArcGIS Server Manager, and ArcGIS Monitor; * Experience supporting and maintaining mission-critical ArcGIS environments; * Experience in projects or operations within the sanitation sector. **Benefits:** * Nationwide medical assistance (for employee and dependents, including private room) * Nationwide dental assistance (for employee and dependents) * Flexible meal/food allowance * Remote work allowance * Birthday day off * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Extended maternity leave (6 months) and paternity leave (20 days) * Daycare allowance for children up to 3 years old (per child) * Mental health support through Wellz * Benefits club offering discounts with various partners * Partnerships with educational institutions and language courses * Professional development (Corporate University) * Partnership with coworking spaces across Brazil * Quality of Life and Well-Being Program * Consulting physician for Radix employee follow-up * Incentive plans **Radix consistently ranks among the Best Companies to Work For because:** * We have committed, dedicated, curious, and innovative professionals; * Team spirit is our greatest strength.
