We are looking for a **Production Assistant** to join our high-performance team and accelerate the growth of TRENDX — a company with 15 years of history in the fitness sector, present in leading gyms, training centers, and football clubs across Brazil, including the Brazilian National Team, and currently undergoing rapid expansion with ambitious plans for the coming years. The **Production** department is one of the key drivers of this evolution, and the mission of this role is to ensure efficient support to the production process by participating in equipment assembly, maintenance, and preparation — always prioritizing quality, safety, and adherence to technical standards. If you seek a dynamic, competitive environment that recognizes those who generate impact, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in the **assembly and maintenance of electronic boards**, following technical guidelines and internal procedures; * Perform **soldering of electronic components** and support the execution of **basic technical tests**; * Assist in **identifying failures** and correcting non-conformities under supervision; * Assist in **equipment refurbishment and recovery**, contributing to reuse and product improvement; * Execute **technical painting** of parts and equipment according to quality standards; * Support **preventive and corrective maintenance** activities by performing operational and support tasks; * Assist in **structural assembly**, in accordance with project specifications and technical instructions; * Carry out **product preparation for shipment**, including organization, packaging, and verification; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Support the overall **production flow**, collaborating with the team and complying with established quality, safety, and deadline requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desirable Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in an industrial or production environment is desirable; * Basic knowledge of electronics, soldering, or assembly will be considered advantageous; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Teamwork; * Commitment and responsibility; * Attention to quality and safety; * Proactivity and effective communication. **Additional Information** Employment Type: CLT — 100% On-site Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Location: Estrada dos Pires, No. 5285 – Warehouse 24 – Rio Baixo – Atibaia/SP Salary: R$ 2\.012,13 Benefits That Make a Difference Flash Flexible Benefit — R$ 528/month (symbolic deduction of R$10\) Amil Health Insurance Plan Transportation Allowance or R$200 monthly commuting assistance Clude Telemedicine Career Development Plan and Real Growth Opportunities Breakfast At Trendx, we are driven by our mission to enhance performance and well-being through cutting-edge technology.
