About the Position We are launching a strategic pharmaceutical unit designed to ensure continuity of treatment for patients from AmorSaúde Clinic and users of the Cartão de TODOS. We seek a professional who understands that health extends beyond medication delivery. We want someone who combines technical rigor with humanized service, ensuring that patients leave their clinical consultation and immediately find the guidance and support necessary for their recovery. Key Challenges * *Direct Assistance:* Provide pharmaceutical consultation to patients referred from AmorSaúde Clinic; * *Technical Management:* Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations and strict control of the SNGPC; * *Integration:* Collaborate synergistically with the clinic’s patient care workflow to optimize the patient experience; * *Leadership:* Support the sales team in interpreting prescriptions and applying best dispensing practices. Desired Profile * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with active CRF registration; * Welcoming demeanor and excellent communication skills (essential for our target audience); * Strong organizational skills and focus on sanitary processes. What We Offer * Fixed salary (category minimum wage) \+ commissions; * **Standard business hours** (no night or early-morning shifts); * **Weekends Off:** No work on Sundays; Saturday afternoons/evenings are free; * Structured work environment.
