Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and strategic pharmacist to work in technical management, compounding, marketing, business development, team leadership, and customer service. Development of marketing plans to attract new customers. We seek a proactive pharmacist with strategic vision to join our team, operating both in the technical domain and in business development. Assume technical responsibility for the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with Good Compounding Practices (GCP) and current sanitary regulations (RDC 67/2007 and others). * Compounding and Quality: Supervise and ensure compounding processes for medications, quality control of raw materials and finished products. * Marketing and Business Development: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new customers, promote pharmacy products and services, and strengthen brand image. * Team Management: Lead and train the technical and customer service teams, fostering a qualified and quality-focused work environment. * Customer Service: Provide high-quality service, advising and guiding patients on the safe and effective use of compounded and homeopathic medications. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. * Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF). * Knowledge of sanitary legislation and Good Compounding Practices. * Strong communication, leadership, and management skills. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: * Knowledge and experience in developing digital marketing campaigns for compounding pharmacies. * Ability to identify and implement new market opportunities.
