Guidance for family members/caregivers and collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team **Position: Pediatrician – Home-Based Care (Home Care)** We are seeking a Pediatrician to provide home-based care, delivering humanized and high-quality medical assistance to pediatric patients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct pediatric clinical follow-up at the patient's home * Assess patient progress and adjust therapeutic interventions * Prescribe medications and treatments as needed * Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team * Guide family members/caregivers regarding patient care * Ensure safe, ethical, and humanized care **Requirements:** * Medical degree with active CRM registration * Specialization or residency in Pediatrics * Experience in pediatric care (home care experience is preferred) * Human-centered, responsible profile with strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in home-based care * Experience caring for chronic or highly complex patients Send your resume now!
