Elson’s Produtos Alimentícios has been operating in the distribution market of the State of Espírito Santo since 1963, offering food products, hygiene and cleaning supplies, and maintains a core business profile focused on delivering high-quality goods and products to consumers at the highest level of excellence, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and societal well-being in the regions where the company operates. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervise daily operational activities at the Distribution Center and external deliveries. * Monitor receiving, verification, warehousing, order picking, loading, and shipment processes. * Ensure adherence to established delivery routes and schedules. * Monitor operational and logistics performance indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Track productivity of operational teams, drivers, and delivery assistants. * Ensure proper use of the company’s operational systems (WMS, ERP, delivery application, tracking tools, and logistics controls). * Manage operational incidents, damages, returns, shortages, losses, and non-conformities. * Conduct operational alignment meetings and DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues). * Monitor working hours, shift schedules, absenteeism, and team operational needs. * Support inventory processes and stock control. * Prepare operational reports and present results to management. * Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Transportation, Supply Chain, and Human Resources departments. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, disciplinary rules, and company procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** * Prior experience in logistics is desirable; * A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable; * Proficiency in Excel; * Preference for candidates residing in Linhares. **Additional information** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Transportation allowance * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m. * Saturday, from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (once per month) Elson’s Produtos Alimentícios has been operating in the distribution market of the State of Espírito Santo since 1963, offering food products, hygiene and cleaning supplies, and maintains a core business profile focused on delivering high-quality goods and products to consumers at the highest level of excellence, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and societal well-being in the regions where the company operates.
