Operational Leader I

Description

TPC Logística is seeking an Operational Leader to lead and oversee operational teams and services, as well as guide them in activities including receiving, storage, order picking, inventory control, stocktaking, order processing, verification, shipping, and product distribution—meeting customer demand; monitor operational progress through performance indicators. **Responsibilities and Duties** Support the team in carrying out its activities and lead team members; Manage the use of equipment employed in these activities; Interact with supervisors/support staff; Act as the company's representative at the client's facility, fully representing TPC per contractual obligations; Ensure compliance; Process control; Team performance monitoring; Quality control; Participate in and oversee stock inventory; Anticipate challenges and seek ways to improve performance and safety during operations; Develop plans and reports; Arrange equipment maintenance when necessary; Enforce area norms and procedures; Conduct DDSSMA and training sessions; Comply with all health, safety, and environmental (SSMA) routines, procedures, and standards involved in the process. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Availability to work the third shift (10:00 PM to 6:48 AM). **Additional Information** * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan; * Medical plan.
