We believe diversity strengthens our team and enriches our solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise operational services at the Unit, providing appropriate support to the entire operations team to ensure activities are carried out correctly, prevent stoppages, and respond rapidly to any incidents; * Review route reports and cargo manifests, ensuring information accuracy; * Conduct driving tests with drivers to verify their fitness to operate trucks; * Send manifests to customers for subsequent billing; * Develop sector route plans to optimize operations; * Release fleets, print shift schedules, and review reports with drivers; * Monitor employees’ use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms to ensure safety in accordance with internal standards, regulations, and occupational health and safety legislation; * Track employee absences and report cases to the responsible department; * Attend meetings with other supervisors, team leaders, management, and occupational health and safety personnel to stay updated on operational KPIs and new company procedures; * Assess whether trucks and cars are fit for use, clean, and properly sanitized. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields); * Prior experience in the role is desirable. **Additional Information** Medical Assistance (Unimed Insurance); Dental Assistance (Bradesco Dental); Meal Voucher and On-site Cafeteria; Wellhub (Gympass); Veolia Cares: program supporting employee physical and financial well-being; Optum – Mental Health Support Program; Life Insurance fully subsidized by Veolia. ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We belong to the Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
