If you too are passionate about people and want to be part of this journey, apply now and join us in fulfilling this purpose! **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in controlling and organizing financial and administrative documents (invoices, receipts, per diems, bills, etc.) for CDZ Cariri expenses; * Enter and verify data in Odoo financial management systems; * Support accounts payable routines, including bill and invoice verification; * Assist in preparing periodic financial and administrative reports, balance sheets, and trial balances for expenses; * Perform daily cash reconciliation and closing; * Support procurement processes—including purchase order verification, quotations, and delivery tracking; * Provide administrative and operational support (collecting signatures, scheduling periodic medical exams, assisting with electronic time clock entries); **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma; * Proficiency in Microsoft Word; * Organized and responsible profile; * Computer literacy; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Prior experience in administrative routines. **Additional Information** * Gupy Corporate Education * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance **A story connected to the daily lives of people from Ceará and countless other Brazilians!** José Alves de Oliveira—affectionately known as **Zenir**—began his journey in agriculture and, at age 14, brought his dedication to his uncle’s furniture store in Iguatu.
